Mr. Suresh Kumar Kumaran

Mr. Kumaran Suresh Kumar is a Civil Engineer from the 1991 batch with over 35 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, and real estate development.

He began his career as a Site Engineer in Madurai and later worked as a CPWD Contractor in Chennai from 2000 to 2008, gaining extensive expertise in construction execution and project management. He also served as a Civil Vendor for Wipro Technologies during 2009–2010.

Since 2010, he has been actively involved in the construction of residential and commercial buildings, delivering quality-driven projects with a strong focus on professionalism and customer trust.

In 2019, he expanded into Real Estate Consulting and Land Promotion, and in 2021, he founded Diamond Associates, a GST-registered real estate and construction company in Madurai specializing in DTCP-approved plots, property consulting, and construction services.

With decades of industry experience, Mr. Suresh Kumar continues to lead Diamond Associates with a commitment to transparency, quality, and long-term customer relationships.
